1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "ph62f," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of ph62f.cam, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform serving Filipino players.
• "Platform" means ph62f.cam and all associated services, applications, content, and functionality made available through the website.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses ph62f's services.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph62f.cam, creating an Account, or using any service provided by ph62f, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with ph62f's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the complete legal agreement between you and ph62f.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph62f Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of ph62f following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

ph62f reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where required by law to take immediate effect.

3Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of ph62f is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. ph62f enforces age verification through mandatory KYC procedures as described in Section 4.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ph62f's services are intended for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to use ph62f's services and must not attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technological means.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

You represent that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, are not subject to any court order restricting gambling activity, and are not currently subject to any self-exclusion program (whether administered by ph62f, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling authority) that would prohibit your participation on the Platform.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are expressly prohibited from creating or holding a ph62f Account: employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of ph62f and its affiliated entities; employees of PAGCOR and other gaming regulatory bodies; individuals listed on PAGCOR's exclusion register; and any person acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

4Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money services on ph62f, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly notify ph62f of any changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active ph62f Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ph62f employs identity verification, device fingerprinting, and cross-referencing systems to detect duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to enabling real-money play and processing any withdrawal, ph62f requires all Players to complete identity verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. 4.4 Account Security

Any suspected unauthorized access to your Account must be reported to ph62f support immediately.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph62f accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be modified by ph62f without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are specified on the payments page of the Platform and may be updated periodically.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the name of the Account holder, matching the identity established through KYC verification. ph62f targets GCash withdrawal processing within one (1) to two (2) hours of request submission. Processing times for bank transfers may vary between thirty (30) minutes and four (4) hours depending on the receiving institution. ph62f imposes no withdrawal fees on GCash transactions. ph62f reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or trigger anti-money laundering monitoring criteria.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on ph62f are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified in the applicable game or payment interface. ph62f bears no responsibility for currency conversion fees that may be applied by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on ph62f is five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the Account balance meets the minimum requirement. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may have withdrawal functionality partially restricted until wagering conditions are satisfied as described in Section 6.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by ph62f are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In all cases, Bonus Balances are distinct from Real Money Balances and carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. ph62f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, a standard wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute one hundred percent (100%) toward wagering requirements, live casino games may contribute twenty-five percent (25%) to fifty percent (50%), and certain game categories may contribute zero percent (0%). 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit ph62f's promotions through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion between players, exploitation of bonus stacking, use of low-risk betting strategies (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or patterned hedging) specifically intended to defeat wagering requirements, or any other method deemed abusive by ph62f in its reasonable discretion, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph62f reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Balances and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods specified in the applicable promotion terms, which are typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and associated winnings that remain upon expiry are automatically removed from the Account without prior notice.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph62f are powered by certified third-party game providers and use independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems that comply with PAGCOR's technical standards for online gaming. ph62f does not alter game outcomes and has no operational control over RNG systems, which are managed exclusively by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the completion of a game round, ph62f will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's documented malfunction recovery procedures. ph62f shall not be liable for the return of stakes wagered in rounds affected by malfunctions caused by factors outside ph62f's reasonable operational control, including failures in third-party game provider systems, network outages, or Player-side connectivity issues.

ph62f's live casino tables are operated by independent studio providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and SA Gaming, whose own game rules and conduct standards apply within those environments in addition to ph62f's Terms.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph62f and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, macros, or scripts to interact with any part of the ph62f Platform
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes on ph62f
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game offered on ph62f
• Attempting to access ph62f from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials to fund an ph62f Account
• Money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds through ph62f
• Engaging in sports betting arbitrage or bonus arbitrage strategies specifically intended to eliminate the house edge or guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Sharing Account access credentials with any third party or allowing another individual to operate your ph62f Account
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens ph62f staff, support agents, or other Players

9Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, design elements, software, and proprietary technology on the ph62f Platform are the intellectual property of ph62f or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or license to use ph62f's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content on ph62f — including screen captures, game content, or marketing materials — without prior written consent from ph62f is strictly prohibited.

10Privacy & Data Protection

ph62f collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the complete legal agreement between you and ph62f. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to ph62f's Privacy Policy as published at ph62f.cam/privacy-policy.

11Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a seventy-two (72) hour cooling period.

12Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by ph62f

ph62f reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the Account is subject to an ongoing investigation for fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation; (c) a regulatory directive or court order requires such action; or (d) suspicious activity is detected that warrants investigation under ph62f's anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

12.2 Closure by Player

Players may close their ph62f Account at any time by contacting ph62f support via the 24/7 live chat function. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances and associated winnings subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements are forfeited upon Account closure.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, whether initiated by the Player or by ph62f, your license to access the ph62f Platform is immediately terminated. ph62f retains the right to maintain records of your Account activity as required by PAGCOR's record-keeping obligations and applicable Philippine law.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph62f's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their ph62f Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph62f shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failures, or the cost of substitute services, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

ph62f does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that any errors will be corrected, or that the Platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. ph62f makes no representations regarding the suitability of any game or service on the Platform for any particular purpose.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the services provided by ph62f shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding gaming transactions, Players are encouraged to first raise the matter directly with ph62f's support team. ph62f commits to a good-faith internal review process within fourteen (14) business days of a formal dispute submission. Unresolved disputes may thereafter be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint and dispute resolution channels as outlined in ph62f's PAGCOR license conditions.

15Amendments to These Terms

ph62f reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at ph62f.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated. For material changes that substantively affect Players' rights or obligations, ph62f will provide at least seven (7) days' advance written notice via the email address registered to the affected Account, or via prominent on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of ph62f following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
